Terms & Conditions

Revised May 22, 2017 Learn Law Better, LLC (“Seller”) will provide its services to you, the customer (“Buyer”), under the terms and conditions on this page.Tutorial Services.  The Buyer agrees to buy a predetermined block of time for Tutorial services in advance of the service. The Buyer and Seller mutually agree to act in good faith in finding a time to meet that works for both of them.  The Buyer agrees that if they do not complete the entire block of time during a single session because the Buyer leaves the session, any remaining time for that session is forfeited—there is no prorated refund or rescheduling for any remaining time that is not used by the Buyer.Exam Grading Service.  The Seller agrees to grade Buyer’s completed essay exam.  The exam must come from the Seller’s exam bank.  The Buyer must submit the exam in a format that the Seller can open.  The two acceptable formats include documents saved in PDF or Microsoft Word.  If the Seller cannot read the Buyer’s document for any reason, Seller, at its sole discretion, can return the exam to Buyer and issue a refund.  Or, the Seller may ask the Buyer to have the handwritten document transcribed into an acceptable electronic format and then returned to Seller for grading.  The Buyer will receive a report from Seller as the sole service for the purchase price.  Additional feedback beyond the initial report is not contemplated for the Exam Grading Service.

Disclaimer: The Seller does not guarantee that its services will help the Buyer. Seller cannot make this guarantee since learning is influenced by numerous factors outside the Seller’s control, such as Buyer’s natural intelligence, motivation, and environment.

Choice of Law; Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the services provided by the Seller will be brought solely in the State courts located in Union County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
